Research About The Application Of Funds Transfer Pricing In GZ Bank

With the interest rate's marketization,the deposit insurance system and so on,the bank's assets and liabilities have grown steadily,but with the growth of bad loans and bad loans rate,the step of the development has slowed.Meanwhile,banks are facing the impact of strict policies and new internet finance companies.Banks especially small banks,are forced to improve risk management,optimize resources,and exploit new revenue growth to enhance core competitiveness.Funds transfer pricing(FTP)has been favor by banks since it was first implied by bank of America cause that its benefits of scientifically evaluating performance,optimizing allocation of resource,rationalizing pricing,and centralizing market risk.Especially in the case of continuous integration of management accounting concepts and business practices of commercial Banks,it becomes more and more important to improve the management of commercial banks through FTP.After consulting and sorting out the relevant theories and literature materials of FTP,the paper finds that there are not many urban commercial banks that use FTP to improve the pricing mechanism of bank products,accurately measure the cost of bank funds and conduct reasonable performance evaluation.Urban commercial banks can get relatively little guidance from FTP implementation.Based on this,the paper analyzed the background of the GZ bank,illustrated the application process of the GZ bank in the FTP,revealed the effect of risk management,loan pricing,performance review,summarized problems during the application,gived solutions for GZ bank.Finally,give suggestions for other regional banks to apply FTP more efficiently.
