Research On The Construction Of Cultural System Of Binzhou Tax System

From the perspective of the development trend of tax management,cultural management is a higher-level scientific management model based on traditional management such as experience management,system management and information management.With the reform of the national taxation tax collection and management system,“taking a good team and collecting good taxes” has become the urgent task.Implementing cultural management and upgrading the cultural system construction level is an objective need for the development of Binzhou Tax,and it is also the way of implementing the new era development concept.The paper is based on the current situation of the research on the construction of cultural system of Binzhou Tax System,as well as compares and analyzes the four cities of Shandong Province,which are more representative of the tax system culture construction.Through comparative analysis,it finds the problem and introduces the cultural management rarely involved in the previous government departments.The theory gives suggestions for the next step to improve the level and depth of the construction of the tax system of Binzhou City.Based on the study about the culture all the world,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the current taxation system of Binzhou City from the advantages and disadvantages of the work,and starts from the “Xinqiao” cultural brand to absorb the taxation of the four cities in the province.The department’s experience and practice,learn from each other’s strengths,and innovatively put forward the government department’s cultural management theory,build a cultural management model that takes people as the center,attaches great importance to concepts and emotional factors,and gives targeted suggestions for the research on the construction of cultural system of Binzhou Tax.It is beneficial to promote cultural management level.
