Quality of service is the lifeblood of an enterprise.In recent years,with the advent of economic globalization and the era of service economy,the competition in the hotel industry has become increasingly fierce.More and more restaurants recognize that service quality has become the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.Only by continuously improving service quality and optimizing service marketing strategies can we enhance and maintain core competitiveness,achieve economic efficiency goals,and achieve sustained,stable and healthy development.This paper takes the small restaurants,specialty restaurants,chain restaurants and star-rated hotels in the four districts of Qingdao as the research object.Based on the servqual scale,the questionnaire is designed and the customer service quality customer perception survey is conducted.Using excel and SPSS25.0 software package to conduct descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire data,it is concluded that the service quality of Qingdao hotel industry has the following problems: imperfect tangible display,lack of attractiveness of service-related materials;inconsistent service and commitment,not enough to win high trust from customers;not actively helping customers,efficient and fast service is not in place;insufficient attention to customer needs,inadequate personalized services.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and proposes to improve the physical display,create a comfortable dining environment;keep the promise,win the trust ofcustomers;respond quickly,provide efficient services to customers;pay close attention to provide personalized services for customers,etc.Various aspects of the promotion strategy and its safeguards.This paper analyzes the service quality of hotel industry in Qingdao,and discovers the shortcomings of service quality in the current service marketing of Qingdao hotel industry.It proposes targeted improvement strategies and safeguard measures to improve and optimize the service quality of Qingdao hotel industry.Effectively enhance the competitive advantage of Qingdao’s hotel industry,and at the same time try to make useful explorations and supplements to the service quality research of domestic hotel industry,and provide reference and reference for the industry with the same service quality problems in the market.
