A Study On The Performance Of Working Capital Management Of GX Retail

With the popularization of the Internet,online e-commerce develops rapidly,and the development of traditional retail industry is hit.A large number of retail enterprises are on the road of transformation one after another.The combination of offline entities and online e-commerce under the new retail model has become the inevitable trend of retail industry.In this trend,retail enterprises will have a larger capital scale,which has a greater impact on the quality of the capital management of enterprises.This paper adopts the method of case study,selects the relatively representative GX retail in the retail industry as the research object,and studies the management status of its working capital.Firstly,it introduces the development status of GX retail: it analyzes its overall financial status and the current working capital management status of the enterprise,and points out the current difficulties of the enterprise working capital management;Secondly,the analysis method based on channel management is adopted to analyze the performance of enterprise operation from three aspects: supply,production and sales.Finally,based on the analysis above,Suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of GX retail working capital management: strengthen the relationship management between customers and suppliers to achieve win-win and sustainable development;Actively promote cross-border strategic cooperation and develop online market;Scene revolution of physical stores to upgrade consumption;Implement the online and offline channel coverage of multi-formats to realize complementary advantages and virtuous cycle;Strengthen digital experience marketing,improve customer experience and enhance competitiveness.Based on the analysis of GX retail,this paper aims to solve the problems faced by enterprise working capital management to some extent and provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
