Fresh produce has always been one of the most important categories in the consumer goods market.Faced with the new trend of consumption upgrading,fresh retailers should take advantage of the characteristics of the fresh market,combine Internet technology support,and be demand-oriented to seize the opportunities for future development.China's fresh market has huge potential,and the future fresh market will usher in fierce competition.Competitors,like Ali's FRESH HIPPO,JD's 7-FRESH,Yonghui's Bravo,have been operating in the market to expand the scale and layout of the storeThis paper takes M-fresh supermarket as the research subject,takes the business model of fresh produce and new retail as the entry point,carefully analyzes the difference between the traditional large supermarket and the new retail boutique supermarket,the reasons for the new retail,points out the new retail business model and solves the limitations of the traditional fresh market.M-fresh supermarket business model is a combination of network and logistics supply chain.This thesis studies the business model of M-fresh supermarkets and explores the new business model of fresh supermarkets under the Internet structure.By summarizing the laws and characteristics of the fresh industry,a set of complete,reliable and cost-effective corresponding strategies is given,which provides constructive advice on how to break the inertia of consumers' behaviors and exert their own advantages.It is necessary to solve the problems existing in traditional fresh supermarkets and has certain reference value and guiding role for business practice.
