A Research On Equity Incentive Scheme Design Of A Unlisted Real Estate Company

Equity incentive originated from western countries and is widely used in modern enterprise management.It plays an important role in improving corporate performance and solving the problem of profit distribution between original shareholders and managers.Based on the earlier research and practical experience on equity incentive,China has gradually introduced this management mechanism and promoted it in many modern enterprises.Equity incentive has been recognized by the Chinese government and enterprises,and in recent years,relevant management regulations and legal restrictions have been issued by the government.Based on the background of CJ private real estate company,this study aims to explore how to design and perfect the equity incentive scheme of the company and how to apply it in practice.At the same time,this paper studies and analyzes the effective incentive methods in addition to the equity incentive in the industry,and explores the equity incentive methods applicable to local real estate companies with strong operability.By consulting and analyzing the theoretical basis and research results of equity incentive at home and abroad,and choosing the theoretical scheme applicable to this empirical study,this paper proposes the theoretical viewpoint.The main content of this paper is to study the importance,feasibility and effectiveness of equity incentive in non-listed companies and the significance of adopting equity incentive through comparative analysis of equity incentive mechanism in real estate industry.This paper summarizes the current situation of China's real estate development,national policies over the years and analyses the typical incentive mechanism of real estate companies.This paper analyzes the background,strategic planning and equity incentive objectives of CJ non-listed real estate company,and,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing,seeks for the equity incentive theoretical model suitable for the company and conducts the scheme design.This paper estimates and previews the proposed solutions and countermeasures,analyzes the possible incentive effects of the proposed equity incentive scheme and the solutions,and designs the equity incentive scheme that may be applicable to enterprises based on the equity incentive theory.In addition to designing a plan that may conform to the equity incentive of CJnon-listed real estate enterprises,the possible problems in the implementation process of the plan are dynamically adjusted to promote the equity incentive from static to dynamic,so as to achieve the feasibility and long-term effectiveness of this study.At the same time,this paper discusses the comparison between other incentive systems and equity incentives in real estate enterprises,as well as the exploration of other feasible incentives.
