The rapid development of e-commerce is the trend of the present and the future for a long time.The emergence and development of e-commerce have changed people's consumption patterns and shopping habits,as well as the business forms.More than ten years ago,it was hard to imagine that consumers could complete millions of transactions on computers and mobile phones.The e-commerce platform developed by relying on the Internet and mobile network technology.As an open platform for all,it provides many people with the opportunity to start their own businesses.It is the vast majority of these entrepreneurs that make up the small and micro e-commerce,which now accounts for more than 90% of e-commerce.The development of small and micro e-commerce has its own advantages: less investment,small size,flexible business category,and facing the globalization of the market without regional restrictions.Network of big data provides basic operation data guarantee for the development of small and micro e-commerce,which saves a lot of costs compared with traditional enterprises.This paper is to study the small and micro e-commerce and summarize the problems encountered in the development of small and micro e-commerce through different analysis tools.The research mainly focuses on the return management of small and micro e-commerce.Return has always been a problem that cannot be ignored in the operation of e-commerce enterprises.Return is not only a simple gesture customers,which hides a lot of customer behavior information,summarize and analyze customer behavior to find the return of the real reason.Then there are targeted to eliminate concerns and solve the problems facing customers shopping.This paper Researchers study this problem from different perspectives such as e-commerce enterprises and e-commerce platforms and summarize different solutions.This paper uses questionnaire method,AHP,etc… Used Qualitative and quantitative methods analyzes the main problems facing the return management of small and micro e-commerce,and analyzes the factors affecting the return of small and micro e-commerce enterprises from the four dimensions of consumers,e-commerce enterprises,e-commerce platforms,and logistics.Analytic hierarchy process is used to make clear the direction of the return management strategy of Small and micro e-commerce,and to put forward the suggestions and opinions on the return management of Small and micro e-commerce,and put forward the strategy plan according to the order of the sales process of the enterprises.Comparing with the actual case company A 's operation situation,company A fully recognizes the research results of this article on return management,and makes a series of adjustments to the return management of the enterprise based on its own situation.This paper expounds that we should optimize the return operation management of company A from the aspects of internal return management and customer service.In order to optimize the return management of enterprises to achieve effective operation management.
