Group customers are the competitive marketing object of commercial banks in China,However,the ownership structure of group customers is complex,the financial relationship and related relationship are complex and hidden,and the related transactions are frequent,all of which increase the difficulty of preventing and controlling the credit risk of group customers;On the other hand,there is a serious asymmetry of information between commercial banks and group customers,and the weakening social credit environment leads to a low cost of breach of trust,which is manifested as moral hazard,and aggravates the difficulty of identifying,measuring,monitoring,preventing and controlling the credit risk of banks.Especially in recent years,many group customers are bogged down in debt,and even the capital chain is broken.Because group customer credit generally involves large loans,once risk exposure occurs,it will cause immeasurable losses to commercial banks,endanger the safety of credit funds of commercial banks,and even seriously hinder the sustainable development of commercial banks.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the risk management of group customer loans by banks.This paper takes S Bank as research object and carries out the research on the credit risk of group customers,in which the suggestion and measure can be used for reference and maneuverability in dealing with this problem for all commercial banks in China.By studying and understanding the research theory of risk management in China and related theories abroad,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of risk management in domestic commercial banks nowadays,and puts forward constructive suggestions for improving the level of credit management of group customers.Based on the advanced experience of western financial institutions and the practical multi-level indexes in business practice,this paper constructs the risk control model of quantitative analysis.It is believed that domestic commercial banks need to continue to practice and constantly improve the quantitative analysis model suitable for their own business characteristics and risk control characteristics.At the same time,this paper comprehensively applies the literature research method,the case study method and the system research method,discusses the characteristics,manifestations,causes and countermeasures of group customer credit risk;Firstly,this paper summarizes the credit risk of group customers,and expounds its manifestations from six aspects: customer identification risk,information asymmetry risk,multi-credit and excessive credit risk,guarantee risk,enterprise fund pool operation risk and credit risk caused by poor internal operation and management of commercial banks.Secondly,it separately analyses the causes of credit risk of group customers from policy,history,external environment and internal control.Thirdly,it combs the content and the whole process of the S bank group customer credit management.This paper also discusses the credit decision-making process of a construction group in Chengdu,which is the credit customer of S Bank Group,and finally puts forward the optimization strategies of pre-loan risk,in-loan risk and post-loan risk prevention and control of S Bank Group customer credit.That is,to promote the optimization of pre-loan risk protection and control of group customer credit risk by enhancing the access ability of group customer information,strictly controlling the credit line,requiring related parties to provide guarantees,strengthening the risk management ability of bank employees,and so on.To establish the group customer unified credit mechanism,enhance the group customer credit risk assessment ability,increase the group customer associated enterprise identification ability and other measures to promote the in-loan risk prevention and control optimization of group customer credit risk;Through comprehensive monitoring of the flow of credit funds,group customer credit dynamic management and other measures to promote the post-loan risk prevention and control optimization of group customer credit risk;In this way,the efficiency and effect of credit risk prevention and control of S bank group customers can be effectively improved.Moreover,limited by the lack of management experience,immature supervision and management system as we as social credit system,there are still many deficiencies in the management of group customer credit risk in domestic commercial banks,which need to be solved urgently.This paper takes S bank as the sample research object,and gives a personalized and operable improvement scheme for the whole process of risk management,hoping to have reference significance for other domestic commercial banks in group customer credit risk management.
