Analysis On The Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Outsourcing Technology In Production

Agricultural productive services have enormous potential and role in helping farmers,improving farmers and wealthy farmers.Family management dominated by ordinary farmers is still the basic model of rural agricultural management in China.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the development of various agricultural production service outsourcing,improve the agricultural socialization service system,promote agricultural modernization,and realize the organic connection between small farmers and the big market.In order to explore the impact of agricultural productive service outsourcing on farmers' technical efficiency,this paper based on the field survey data of 280 households in Changtu County,Liaoning Province,based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural production service outsourcing of corn growers in Changtu County,using stochastic frontiers.The function model measures the technical efficiency of farmers' agricultural production,compares and analyzes the technical efficiency difference between adopting and not using agricultural production service outsourcing behavior,and then discusses the impact of production link outsourcing on the efficiency of farmers' corn production technology,and focuses on analyzing different aspects of outsourcing.The impact of farmers' technical efficiency.The following conclusions have been drawn:(1)Rural aging is serious,most of them are over 50 years old,and the education level is low.The rural areas lack high-quality talents.The family economic source mainly depends on agricultural income.The family-run land area is less than 20 mu,and the soil quality is average.(2)In the choice of agricultural outdoor package links,farmers under the age of 30 are more inclined to choose the outsourcing and management services outsourcing,30-40 years old are more inclined to land preparation and seeding service outsourcing,farmers over 40 years old There is a tendency to outsource land preparation and planting service outsourcing.The education level of primary and secondary schools is more inclined to outsourcing services in the land preparation and seeding stages.Farmers with high school education or above are more inclined to outsource service in all aspects.The higher the proportion of migrant workers' income,the more they are willing to choose service outsourcing.In general,more and more farmers will choose to outsource service.(3)The measurement results show that the production efficiency of farmers is low.The average technical efficiency of farmers is 0.89.Compared with the efficiency of rural households who do not use outsourcing,the farmers who use all production links outsourcing have increased by nearly 9 percentage points.(4)In terms of influencing technical efficiency,Production service outsourcing can significantly improve the technical efficiency of farmers;mechanical input and seed input have a positive effect on corn technical efficiency.Pesticide input,household labor input and herbicide input are not significant for corn efficiency,and agricultural technicians at home can improve corn production.Technical efficiency;the proportion of agricultural income to total household income has no significant effect on technical efficiency;there is an inverted U relationship between planting area and technical efficiency;the impact of technical aspects on land-based and harvesting links is not significant,sowing links and field management links Significant impact on technical efficiency,although the degree of outsourcing of management is low,but can significantly affect technology productivity.According to the research results,in order to improve the technical efficiency of corn,the following suggestions are proposed: First,cultivate new agricultural enterprise entities to strengthen the supply capacity of service outsourcing,and meet the needs of farmers for outsourcing services.Second,we must improve the socialized service system for agricultural production,and gradually guide farmers to have a single link outsourcing to the whole process of service outsourcing.The third is to guide farmers to develop moderate scale operations.Fourth,it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education,change the traditional irrational planting concepts of farmers,rationally allocate various production factors,and strengthen the emphasis on field management.
