In 2015,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture issued the “Guiding Opinions on Adjusting and Perfecting the Three Subsidy Policies for Agriculture”,and consolidated crop subsidies, direct subsidies for grain farmers and comprehensive subsidies for agricultural materials into agricultural support protection subsidies, and the policy objectives were adjusted to support Farmland protection and moderate grain management.Farmers' soil conservation behaviors are of great significance to the quality protection of cultivated land and even food security. So what is the relationship between scale and ground protection behavior? What is the impact of the size of the farmer's business on the ground force behavior? This paper focuses on the main ideas of the influence of farmer management scale on the improvement of key technology adoption behaviors, analyzes related literatures and theories and proposes a research framework. The sample of 348 farmer households in the survey site is used as the research object to describe the basic situation of the sample. It mainly includes the situation of farmers, the basic situation of farmer's business scale, the basic situation of farmer household characteristics, the adoption of key technologies for improving the overall soil fertility of the sample, the adoption of various technologies by farmers in different regions, the adoption of technology by farmers of different scales, and the adoption of technology by concurrent farmers.Happening.The empirical part mainly explores three points, namely, the impact of the overall scale of operation on the adoption of farmers' technology, the impact of the scale of farmer households in different regions on the adoption of farmers' technology, and the impact of the scale of the farmer's operation on the adoption of farmers' technology.Next, the ordered logit model is used to explore the relationship between scale and behavior, and the oprobit model is used to test the robustness. The empirical results are stable and credible. The conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall,the scale of operation and technology adoption behavior have a positive and significant relationship;other variables: negative relationship between age and adoption behavior, education level, number of trainings, land fragmentation and technology adoption behavior There is a positive positive relationship between the two.(2)The degree of influence of the scale of operation of farmers in different regions on their technology adoption behaviors is different. The scale of farmers in Tieling area and the adoption of technology are 1% positive, while the scale of farmers in Chaoyang area and the adoption of technology by farmers It is significantly positive in 5%.In terms of other variables: the significant relationship between the age, education level and technology adoption behavior of farmers in the two places is relatively stable;there is a positive positive relationship between the number of trainings of farmers in the two places and the adoption of technology, but the level of significance of Tieling is lower than that of Chaoyang. There is a significant difference between the degree of land fragmentation and the adoption of technology in the two places. The degree of fragmentation of Chaoyang land has a significant positive impact on the adoption of technology at the 1% level. There is no significant relationship between the two in the Tieling area. The negative level of soil awareness of farmers in Chaoyang has a significant impact on the adoption of technology at the 1% level. There is no significant relationship between the two in the Tieling area.(3)Whether the scale of the operation of the concurrent farmer's business has a different degree of influence on the technology adoption behavior, and the impact of the non-part-time farmer's business scale on the adoption of technology is slightly stronger than that of the concurrent employer. In terms of other variables: whether the age of the peasant households and the adoption of the key technologies of the peasant households are negatively significant and significantly the same, the number of non-part-time farmers receiving training and the adoption behavior are positive, while the two-part farmers No significant relationship. The degree of land fragmentation of the concurrent farmer households is positively related to the key technical behaviors of the land-use improvement, and the non-part-time farmers have no significant relationship. Finally, based on the above conclusions, the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed. For example, improving the land use force of farmers to improve technology selection behavior should be based on local conditions and regional characteristics, and adopting government policy guidance, such as reasonable technical training, and adopting more appropriate forms of subsidies to enhance farmers' soil,The scientific understanding of chemical fertilizers encourages farmers to conduct moderate scale operations.
