The Study On The Impact Of Human Capital Investment On Enterprise Performance

At present,the development of enterprises encounters the constraints of resources,environment and market.Human capital has become the key to improving corporate performance and promoting sustainable development of enterprises.A large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad have also conducted extensive research on human capital.The development of the information technology industry has far-reaching influence,affecting a country's comprehensive scientific and technological strength,affecting the speed and ability of the entire social economy.The information technology industry is also the industry most affected by knowledge and technology.Knowledge and technology are attached to human capital.Therefore,human capital plays a central role in information technology enterprises.Human capital investment is in information technology enterprises.The impact of corporate performance is most pronounced.Therefore,this paper takes the listed companies in the information technology industry as the research object,based on the enterprise panel data from 2014 to 2017,studies the impact of human capital investment on corporate performance,and introduces enterprise capabilities as mediators to study the capabilities of enterprises in both.Intermediary effect.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research.In the theoretical analysis part,it analyzes the impact mechanism of human capital investment on corporate performance and corporate capability and the mechanism of the intermediary role of corporate capability in human capital and corporate performance.In the empirical research part,based on theenterprise panel data selection index construction model of the information technology industry from 2014 to 2017,the relationship between human capital investment,enterprise performance and enterprise capability was empirically studied using SPSS measurement software.The research results of this paper show that the human capital investment of enterprises in the information technology industry is positively related to the performance of enterprises.The human capital investment of enterprises is positively related to the ability of enterprises.The ability of enterprises plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of human capital investment on corporate performance.Finally,according to the research results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for increasing the general human resources of the enterprise,the human capital investment of the senior executives of the enterprise and the ability of the enterprise are proposed.
