| The recruitment of human resources has become an important channel for enterprises to acquire high-quality talents,which determines whether enterprises can develop sustainably.The success of recruitment also determines whether an enterprise can obtain high-quality talents matching the position.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for enterprises to discuss the improvement plan of recruitment to improve the performance of recruitment.Taking Q company as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the employee recruitment situation of Q company based on the qualification model through literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods.In this paper,the basic situation of Q company,organizational structure and functional division,employee age and educational background,etc.are introduced.Secondly,the recruitment process,recruitment evaluation indicators,current recruitment data analysis and other aspects of the recruitment status in detail.It also analyzes the problems in Q company’s recruitment,such as unreasonable recruitment channels,lack of supporting recruitment system,lack of professionalism of recruitment team and low degree of personnel and post matching.Finally,in order to solve the problems existing in Q company’s recruitment,the qualification model was built and the recruitment plan was improved.The specific implementation measures of recruitment demand analysis,recruitment team building,recruitment and interview,and recruitment effect evaluation are put forward based on the established qualification model.At the same time,the paper also puts forward the improvement Suggestions and the safeguard measures when the recruitment plan is implemented.Since the problems encountered by Q company in employee recruitment are universal to some extent,the study on the improvement of recruitment scheme based on the qualification model in this paper can provide reference value for other enterprises with similar problems and play a positive role for reference. |
