China Salt Xi'an Salt Industry Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Salt Industry Corporation.It is composed of five enterprises such as the former Xi'an vegetable Salt Industry Company.It was formally established on December 26 th 2004 and was awarded a plaque of "National Salt Distribution Center." Xi'an is a professional company engaged in salt transportation and marketing management in Xi'an according to law.It is responsible for the supply of salt for 7.2 million people in Xi'an and the supply of industrial salt products for production enterprises.The annual income of the main business is more than 100 million yuan.Many times was rated as a class of salt A enterprises.Comprehensive strength of enterprises,advanced processing equipment,perfect testing means,complete quality assurance system,timely introduction The investment of a large number of advanced production equipment has laid a solid foundation for ensuring the stable improvement of the technical standard and quality of the products and enjoys a high reputation in the field of the enterprise.In January 1st 2017,the "Salt Industry system Reform Program" was put into effect,which broke the monopoly of salt for the government since ancient times,and allowed existing salt production enterprises to enter the field of circulation and sales.Salt wholesale enterprises can carry out cross-regional operations.It defines the objectives,points out the direction,and creates conditions for the development of salt enterprises.The plan emphasizes that the promotion of salt industry system reform should be in accordance with the emphasis on salt safety,release market vitality,and pay attention to overall planning.Adhering to the basic principle of managing salt according to law,taking ensuring salt quality safety and supply safety as the core,promoting supply-side structural reform and innovating management mode on the basis of persisting in salt monopoly system,We should improve the salt reserves,strictly supervise the market,establish fair competition,supervise the market environment,cultivate a number of enterprises with core competitiveness,and gradually form a salt industry management system that is in line with China's national conditions.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical concept of the transformation of enterprise management,and analyzes the requirements of the system reform for the development of salt-related enterprises and the necessity of its transformation.This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of Xi'an Salt Company's management and management,the internal organization structure,management process,marketing strategy and performance appraisal,and so on,which is not suitable for the development of the enterprise,and aiming at these problems,Further put forward a feasible plan of management transformation to establish a flat organizational structure completely in accordance with the market-oriented operation mode;Reorganize the procurement process to maximize its convenience for business development in the new environment;change Marketing strategy for enterprises to adapt to the new external competitive environment,establish performance appraisal,establish an effective management mechanism.And put forward for the smooth transformation of the safeguard measures,for the purpose of stable and sustainable development of enterprises.summarizes the theoretical concept of business transformation.This paper analyzes the requirements of the system reform for the business development of salt enterprises and the necessity of the business transformation of Xi'an Salt Industry Company,and deeply analyzes the present situation of the business development of Xi'an Salt Industry Company,as well as the internal organization structure and management process.Marketing strategy and performance appraisal are not suitable for business development.In view of these problems,a feasible business transformation scheme is put forward to establish a flat organizational structure in accordance with the market-oriented operation mode.Rearrange the management process to maximize the convenience of business transformation;change the marketing strategy of enterprises,For the enterprise to adapt to the new external competition environment quickly;to formulate the performance appraisal,establish an effective management mechanism,and put forward for the smooth transition of the protection measures for the purpose of stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.
