Can Transferring Board Improve The Performance Of Enterprises In Neeq?

With the formal establishment of the NEEQ company and the implementation of NEEQ system has made phased progress.The number of NEEQ listed companies has exceeded 10,000 since 2017,far exceeding the total number of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets.But the problem of lack of liquidity shackles the development of the new third board.This paper conducts an inductive analysis on the changes of financial performance and market performance before and after the successful NEEQ turnaround.Firstly,this paper combs the general situation of NEEQ market in China,compares NEEQ market with other markets,and finds that the lack of liquidity in NEEQ is one of the motivations for enterprises to choose the new board.This paper introduces 12 turntable case enterprises,reviews their turntable process,and analyses their turntable motivation and opportunity cost.Secondly,through the analysis of the investment and financing situation of the convertible board enterprises,it is found that the scale of investment and financing increases,but the financing structure does not change.The decline in profitability of manufacturing enterprises is smaller than that of information technology industry.Finally,comparing the stock valuation indicators before and after the successful conversion,the market valuation of enterprises after the conversion declines,and the market valuation of enterprises with higher operating income shows a smaller downward trend or a relative upward trend compared with other case enterprises.Enterprises can not rest easy after they are listed on the converted board.They still need to constantly improve their operating ability to obtain investors' approval.To improve the performance of enterprises,the most fundamental way is to focus on the enterprise itself and constantly enhance the core competitiveness.Transferring board is a shortcut for NEEQ enterprises to seek survival and development,but it is not the only way for enterprises to become more sophisticated,specialized,bigger and stronger.
