| Crowdsourcing innovation originates from the reflection on the innovation mode of enterprises.It refers to outsourcing the work tasks performed by employees in the past freely and voluntarily to the outside non-specific network masses in order to solve the innovation problems of enterprises.This model breaks the traditional thinking of innovation by internal personnel and extends the boundary of enterprise innovation organization.Crowdsourcing innovation community,as an important product of enterprise innovation derived from Internet technology,Network users exchange,interaction,cooperates and competes in the enterprise crowdsourcing innovation community,so as to realize the flow of information and knowledge in the community.Diversified knowledge collides with new possibilities.With the increase of the frequency of interaction,the social experience in the process of interaction is satisfied,and the value brought by the end-user will be improved.In the practice of crowdsourcing innovation,the frequency of users’ active participation in interactive comments in many communities is relatively low,and the behavior characteristics of users are very different.Moreover,few interactive information has available value,and the management mode of enterprises is not perfect enough.This paper aims to examine the impact of user interaction on its contribution to innovation in crowdsourcing innovation communities.The main research includes the following:(1)Using K-means mean clustering analysis method,the user’s interaction behavior and contribution behavior in the community as the role division dimension,identify the five types of user roles of crowdsourcing innovation community: All-rounders,Attention attractors,Active socializer,Idea generators,Passive users.Analyze the characteristics of different participation behaviors of the five types of users,so as to propose more detailed and more targeted online user management measures.(2)Based on the social network theory,use the social network analysis method to explore the network structure characteristics of the crowdsourcing innovation community user interaction,and clarify the network position occupied by each user in the interaction network and overall network structure attributes.The study found that network density and reciprocity are very low,indicating that users in the community are not closely connected,and the level of reciprocity among users is relatively low.Moreover,community resources are in the hands of a small number of core users.Such a network structure often leads to poor flow of community information knowledge,which is not conducive to community knowledge sharing.(3)Based on the characteristics of the users interaction network structure of crowdsourcing innovative community,explore the influence of user interaction on their innovative contribution behavior.The centrality of the interactive network reflects the interaction behavior among users.The innovation contribution behavior is measured by the number of ideas submitted by the user in the community,the score and the number of votes obtained as the dependent variable.The results of the study show that all the network centrality of the interactive network has a significant impact on the user’s innovative contribution behavior.Among them,the influence of out-degree centrality is the highest.And the in-degree centrality negatively affects the user to submit the creative number.The betweenness centrality negatively affects the number of creative submissions and the scores in the community.The closeness centrality negatively affects the user’s innovative contribution behavior.The betweenness centrality has the lowest level of influence.According to the research results,the corresponding management inspiration is put forward,which is a certain value for improving the users innovation performance of crowdsourcing innovation community.It is great significance to enrich the theory of crowdsourcing innovation community management in order to guide and standardize the participation of community users. |
