Corporate training management research is an effective way to improve the management level of enterprises,optimize the operation mode of enterprises,and improve the quality of employees.This study is aimed at the current situation of training business of G Company.It is found that there are communication difficulties,single training mode and follow-up training in the training process of G Company.Face to the problem of low effect,in the face of the above problems,We Chat as a social network interaction tool with interactive,immediacy,multimedia and other characteristics,can solve the problems in the training process of the above G companies.Based on the research on the literature review of domestic and foreign We Chat,mobile learning,training theory,new media and talent training,this research guides the theory of ADDIE model,new media communication mode and theory,multimedia learning theory and human-computer interaction theory.Next,the idea of using the We Chat platform to carry out G Company training management and its model research is clarified.Firstly,based on the analysis of the basic situation of G Company and the status quo of training management,this study puts forward the characteristics of G Company training with good cultural foundation,accumulation of educational resources,efficiency and effect gain,and meeting the needs of individualized training.Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the current G Company training management model,the company has obtained the training and management model factors of the company based on the We Chat platform.Based on the above literature review,theoretical research and current situation investigation,and under the framework of ADDIE model,the training management mode of G company based on We Chat platform is designed and applied,namely(1)Pre-training stage,including learner management and course management;2)The middle stage of training implementation,including online management of training implementation and offline implementation of training implementation;(3)Post-implementation training phase,including student evaluation management and student interaction management.In order to verify the application effect of the model,the second phase of the phase A training was conducted to conduct a pilot case study,using a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods,through the investigation of 155 respondents and part of the participants.The interview verified the implementation effect of the design pattern of this study and proposed an optimization strategy for subsequent research.According to the above research process,the research draws conclusions:(1)Proposes the training management mode of G Company based on We Chat platform which can effectively optimize the training management of G company and solve the training problem;(2)Design and apply the ability to pass through the training before and after the training.We Chat training management platform for online and offline integration of existing resources;(3)Designed We Chat platform-based training management model can effectively promote the development of G Company training management business;(4)The optimization strategy proposed based on the trial analysis results can further Ensure the effective implementation of subsequent research.
