Study On Housing Insurance Of Status And Policy Oriented Rural Residents In Chengdu

In 2012,Chengdu city launched a policy study on rural residential housing insurance,and officially began piloting in 2013.The introduction of this insurance has played a positive role in safeguarding farmers' reconstruction of their homes and restoring basic production and life after the disaster.As an important part of policy-based agricultural insurance,Chengdu's policy-oriented rural residential housing insurance has achieved good political and social benefits after nearly five years of development.It is the development and service of Chengdu's policy-based agricultural insurance.Made outstanding contributions.However,the overall development level of rural housing insurance in Chengdu and even in China is still not high and have some problems.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on rural housing insurance.For the Policy-based rural residential housing insurance,the government and insurance companies as the market supplier and the dominant party are the strong side,farmers as the recipient of the insurance,although through the insurance income,but there is no voice in the formulation of insurance clauses and insurance rules,is the weak side.Therefore,the core issue of policy-oriented housing insurance for rural residents should be farmers' acceptance.Therefore,this paper uses data access,case analysis,interviews,questionnaire analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,trying to clarify the gap between the actual needs of farmers and existing insurance and current policies to find the crux,and put forward reasonable suggestions.First of all,we should make a comprehensive analysis and reflection on the status,mode of operation,implementation,development mode,operational characteristics and effectiveness of policy-oriented housing insurance for rural residents.The results confirm that policy-based housing insurance for rural residents is beneficial to the insurance industry in improving social security,disaster relief and social management systems.Then,the paper analyzes and summarizes the mode,implementation and operation characteristics of housing insurance for rural residents in Chengdu,analyzes the existing problems and questions,and draws the following conclusions.The housing insurance of rural residents of Chengdu city policy has the characteristics of low rate and strong public welfare,but it also has the characteristics of narrow coverage,high operating cost,and difficult to identify loss rate.Finally,from the four dimensions of the insurance households,insurance companies,government,regulation dep.,the rationalization suggestions are given,and the conclusion can be made through the efforts of the three parties to ensure the standardization,scientificalization and sustainable development of housing insurance for rural residents of Chengdu city policy.Through the research of this article,it is hoped that it can provide reference suggestions for the healthy development of housing insurance for rural residents in Chengdu city,and further provide some new ideas and experience for the promotion of agricultural housing insurance in Sichuan and even in the whole country.
