With the trend of the domestic consumer market is becoming more competitive,which business operations,particularly related to the operation of the supply chain,raised higher and higher requirements.Inventory management as an important aspect of assessment of the company’s liquidity position,also received more attention,it only reflects the turnover of goods and funds of enterprises,but also an important consideration in the company’s strategic development.Sales forecasting inventory management as the core,has also been placed in an important position of corporate strategy development,the higher the accuracy of the forecasts for the implementation of the strategy of enterprises,to market instability,the stronger control.The purpose of this study is that the actual business context,through the existing inventory management Nike factory store is optimized,and in order to improve the existing decision-making potential buyers on their own work,conduct scientific prediction and data validation software,to establish a sales forecast model and product forecasting model category.Achieve improve inventory management efficiency,increase the accuracy of sales forecasting purposes,thereby reducing inventory costs,improve inventory turnover effectively compensate for deficiencies in inventory management company,also hope to promote the company’s internal optimization,while the domestic sporting goods or clothing and other consumer products companies to provide some reference.This paper describes the current Nike factory store business background and business model,factory store inventory management problems that exist in elaborate,especially for footwear products,specific and in-depth inventory and sales forecast both classification the study.According to ABC classification criteria,only on the basis of the inventory data,the results obtained are not ideal,they were further classified,the amount of sales and the introduction of two factors to footwear inventory accounting system for classifying,and for the three types of products proposed different inventory control methods is recommended.While the sales forecast,selected as the research object running shoes,factory store sales data analysis to establish a predictive model of the category.After analysis of past sales data,we found that the products and the time period has important internal relations.By using time series method,after checking for seasonal factors,the regression equation to establish a sales forecast,followed by irregular factors for sales,using qualitative analysis of multiple linear regression,obtain irregular factors in three categories: product Price and inventory as the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable sales and sold-out rate between the forecast and related product sales strategy provide a reference.After checking the obtained data,in line with differences in requirements,and be extended to other categories.Based on the lack of Nike factory store inventory management mode,using ABC classification,time series and regression analysis,and strive to increase the fitness of the existing management models,improve inventory management and sales forecasting accuracy,can be implemented in the proposed recommendations and optimization side,and in the end,he summed up the lack of paper involved,and made further defined as a follow-up research.
