Research On Value Growth Budget Control Of TH Technology

With the rapid development of China's economy,Chinese enterprises have experienced the opportunity and expansion of the mainstream value-added model,systematic management ability and organizational framework building ability has become a part of the company's pursuit of value growth.Budget management is an enterprise management control method that can bring all the key issues in the enterprise into one system.The two are complementary to each other.Therefore,the significance of establishing a budget control system with the goal of value growth is worthy of attention,which is a process conducive to the creation of value and self-appreciation of enterprises.In this context,this paper,by taking value budget management as the most direct starting point,tries to provide new ideas for the budget control of Chinese enterprises in the general direction of how to realize the value added of enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,refers to some relevant results of other scholars,and further analyzes the conclusions obtained through the analysis of others.In the analysis,it links various problems that China may encounter in the realistic budget work.A real enterprise was selected to analyze the application of value-increasing budget control,so as to provide new ideas for the practice of corporate budget and provide reference for the relative perfection of the theory of corporate budget control in China.This paper selects TH technology co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as TH technology)as the starting point for the study of value-increasing budget control.Firstly,under the analysis of the situation of budget control,it leads to the current budget control method adopted by TH technology,and indicates the necessity of implementing value-increasing budget control in enterprises.Secondly,the application form of the system is described from the content analysis and feature analysis of value-increasing budget control,mainly in the introduction of the framework,the value driving factor analysis and the auxiliary function of coordinating features.Finally,the application of value budget control in TH technology is optimized.Finally,it is concluded that value-increasing budget control can help enterprises to achieve the goal of value growth.
