Research On Investor Appropriateness Management Of A Securities Company

Investor appropriateness refers to regulating the relationship of rights and obligations between investors and securities companies.When securities companies provide financial products or services to customers,they should ensure that the financial products or services they provide match the financial status,investment objectives,knowledge and experience of specific customers and risk tolerance.They should not recommend or sell high-risk products or services to low-risk customers.Ability of the customer and lead to the loss of customer interests.At present,China's securities industry is staggering in the initial stage of customer appropriateness management.Most domestic securities companies do not carry out this system well.Based on the evaluation criteria of appropriateness management,this paper takes A company as an example to study.Based on the analysis of the current situation of customers,combining with the current situation of appropriateness management in the company's financial product sales and business operation,this paper analyses the existing problems,and puts forward an operable operation system of investor appropriateness guarantee from a strategic perspective,which can build a set of suitable business for A securities company.Application system of appropriateness of features.On the basis of understanding investors and taking risk grade as the core,this paper designs a multi dimensional and diversified classification of investors;divides risk grade of financial products;and carries out the appropriate management process of the overall customer service transmission.Then,it puts forward the suggestions of implementing guarantee for A company from the system level,the implementation level,the system level and the personnel level respectively,in order to improve company management.In order to improve the level of investors' appropriateness and increase the company's profits,we should construct guidance suggestions covering the management structure layer,business operation layer and employee layer in order to provide reference for the securities business institutions to manage investors' appropriateness.The management system based on investor appropriateness proposed in this paper is not only affirmed by colleagues of A Securities Company and related business line leaders,but also helpful to other colleagues.It is of practical significance to explore the practical research methods of combining typical cases,theories and cases.As one of the large domestic securities business organizations,A securities company has some representative problems and solutions in the process of appropriate management practice.Through the specific case study of A securities company,the solution is put forward,which has a certain reference value for other securities branches in the securities industry.
