In recent years, due to the inefficient management of enterprises and the limited technical level, enterprises that actually operate closed-loop supply chains face economies of scale. At the same time, various types of emergencies of uncertainty can also interfere with the normal operation of the closed-loop supply chain. Therefore, this paper has the following shortcomings in the existing closed-loop supply chain management theory: First, the closed-loop supply chain emergency management theory does not fully consider the scale uneconomic problem;second, even if the scale is not economic, the closed-loop supply chain management theory is very Majors include emergency interference problems. Therefore, this paper studies the problem that the closed-loop supply chain with normal operation under the uneconomic scale will be interfered by emergencies.Firstly, establish a balanced decision-making model for the closed-loop supply chain of scale uneconomical manufacturers in a normal environment, and discuss the operational decision-making problems of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making closed-loop supply chain, and focus on the “double” in the closed-loop supply chain of decentralized decision-making.The problem of marginal effect, the revenue-cost sharing contract and two charging contracts were designed respectively, and the effectiveness of the two contracts was analyzed.Secondly, considering the situation that the incident interferes with the scale of product demand, the emergency decision model of the closed-loop supply chain of scale uneconomical manufacturers is established, and the problem of emergency decision-making in the closed-loop supply chain of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making is discussed. To solve the "double marginal effect" problem in the closed-loop supply chain of decentralized decision-making under demand disturbance, the emergency benefit fee sharing contract and the emergency two-part charging contract are designed respectively, and the effectiveness of the two contracts is analyzed. Finally, summarize the findings of this paper.Uneconomic scale and unexpected incidents will affect the operation of closed-loop supply chain. The designed revenue-cost sharing contract and two charging contracts can improve the operation effectiveness of decentralized decision-making closed-loop supply chain under normal operation and emergency interference.
