The Study On The Effectiveness Of D Company's Online Car-hailing Internal Control Activities

With the development of technology and mobile intelligent terminals,online car-hailing has gradually entered the visions of the people.Car-hailing is a new form of business which is different from the traditional economic model.It can improve the efficiency of idle resources and the quality of people's travel.In just a few years,online car-hailing has rapidly seized the market share.But at the same time,it has also brought difficulties in the regulation of online ride-hailing.How to achieve long-term sustainable development by establishing and improving its own internal control system has become an urgent problem for transportation companies to develop car-hailing services.In the internal control system,the effectiveness of internal control activities plays a crucial role in the operation and management of enterprises.How to improve the effectiveness of internal control activities has long been concerned by the academic community,and the effectiveness of internal control activities of ride-hailing,as a new thing in China,has attracted much attention.In this paper,first of all,it introduced the background and significance of the research,followed by a review of the relevant literature,and put forward the content and methods of this paper.Secondly,the basic situation of D company and the status quo of internal control activities are described.Thirdly,the effectiveness of D company's internal control activities is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,I put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions.In view of these four problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding Suggestions from four aspects.This plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of D company's internal control.At the same time,it is expected that the study of this paper can provide some reference for the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control activities of other enterprises in the same industry.
