Shenzhen X Communications Company was founded in 2001.Its main customers are domestic telecom operators.Since its establishment,Shenzhen X Communications Company has gradually developed and expanded in every industry change and fierce competition.However,influenced by the change of economic environment,the change of customer purchasing mode and the intensification of competition in the industry,the future development of X Communications Company is facing great challenges.The existing business strategy and implementation plan can no longer support the company to gain advantages in the future competition.Therefore,X Communications Company's business strategy needs to be re-positioned and upgraded,and the company must find new ways to adjust.Traditional enterprise strategy.Based on this,this paper will systematically study the related content of X Communications Company's new enterprise strategy under the new environment.This paper attempts to study the management strategy of Shenzhen X Communications Company.Firstly,the internal environment of X Communications Company,such as resources and capabilities,is analyzed.Then,the external environment faced by X Communications Company is elaborated by PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model analysis.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment,through SWOT analysis method and combining with the mission and goal of X Communications Company,this paper puts forward that X Communications Company should adopt low-cost strategy to maintain its low-cost competitive advantage,and puts forward the implementation including expanding production volume,realizing scale production and benefit,improving product design quality,optimizing raw material procurement channels,introducing automated production,etc.In terms of growth mode,X Communications Company can increase other communication network products besides existing signed products in the existing market,constantly improve and enrich product lines by adopting product development method.It is suggested that active research on 5G technology,data center technology and Internet of Things technology should be carried out,and existing product lines should be directed to communication network energy and data.Heart,Internet of Things product extension and other ways to help X Communications Company to achieve revenue growth.This study puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy,which are the first,providing the guarantee for the unification of strategic ideas,including guiding by the standard of strategic concepts,seeking strategic consensus with the participation of all staff and achieving consistency with corporate culture;secondly,improving the R&D capability of enterprises,including optimizing the structure of R&D talents,strengthening the overall goal of R&D team,and introducing Huawei IPD process.The third is to improve the human resource management ability,mainly from two aspects: perfecting the talent appointment and selection mechanism,establishing a reasonable salary system and talent training and development mechanism;the fourth is to strengthen enterprise financial management,mainly including strengthening enterprise comprehensive budget management,actively broadening enterprise financing channels;the fifth is to enhance enterprise marketing.The level includes two methods: improving professional knowledge and sales level of business personnel and implementing differentiated marketing strategy.Finally,strengthening enterprise informatization construction is discussed in three stages.
