Study On The Situation Of Commodity Fetishism In China

Commodities can be seen and found everywhere in our life,from the luxury merchandises,houses,cars to the daily items,buttons and nails.When people appreciate commodities to make the world look colorful,it also makes people worship commodities more and more deeply.Commodity is mistaken for an independent existence,and even can dominate people's lives and become the dominant behavior of people.Besides,the endless pursue for the different and latest kinds of commodities leads us to an uncontrolled state,unconsciously we become a slave of ourselves.As a result,we fall ourselves into such a mind of fetishism.In the process of criticizing the oppression and exploitation of capitalism,Marx revealed that the relationship of goods is the relationship between labor and laborers,and then put forward the theory of commodity fetishism.Commodity fetishism is the inevitable product of commodity economy,there are the conditions for the existence of commodity fetishism in our country at present,so while being lost in the pleasure from the commodities,we should also keep an eye open on the negative aspects from it.By studying Marx's theory of commodity fetishism and the theory of socialist market economy in China,through comparative analysis and the actual situation of the development of commodity economy in China,this paper studies the current situation of commodity fetishism in China.First of all,starting from Marx's theory of commodity fetishism,this paper summarizes the origin of commodity fetishism and his criticism of commodity fetishism from shallow to deep.It has a clear definition of the concept of commodity fetishism and a comprehensive understanding of commodity fetishism.And then,after a comprehensive understanding of commodity fetishism,we can further a nalyze the conditions and new manifestations of commodity fetishism in China's economic an d social development,in the light of the theory of socialist market economy.Which will help us understand the current situation of commodity fetishism in China more clearly,analyze its impact on China's economy and society,and find measures to limit it s further development.Finally,on the basis of the previous theory and combined with the reality of our country,this paper summarizes the impact of commodity fetishism on our socialist market economy and the countermeasures to restrict its further development.
