The retail industry is the basic industry of China's economic development,and the garment industry is an important part of the retail industry.In recent years,with the transformation of China's economic development mode,the garment industry is facing the severe challenges of rising raw material prices and labor costs.At the same time,the competition in the garment industry is becoming more and more intense due to the diversification and individualization of consumer demand for garments.Therefore,the traditional management means and profit model of garment enterprises can not adapt to the existing market environment.Enterprises must aim at reducing production costs and improving core competitiveness,optimize the existing profit model,adapt to the "new retail concept" model,and strive to create more abundant profits"is a problem that many garment enterprises must considerThis paper chooses Aiyike Garment Company as an example to discuss the profit model of the enterprise,which meets the urgent needs of the transformation and development of the enterprise.Firstly,through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,we can find that the current analysis of profit model mainly includes two aspects: one is based on the analysis of the elements of profit model,the other is based on the analysis of financial indicators system;the second is based on the characteristics of the profit model of Aike Garment Company,from the aspects of market positioning,marketing means and supply chain system.Then,aiming at the problem of how Aiiko Company can improve its profit model and improve its business ability,this paper puts forward the following three optimization measures: First,to build a diversified customer base and develop three or four types of markets.Fields should adopt differentiated brand strategy;secondly,create diversified value and increase added value of products;thirdly,innovate network marketing methods to improve brand awareness of enterprises;fourthly,build a joint venture cooperation model to enhance the profitability of enterprises.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of optimization measures,this paper puts forward three safeguard measures: increasing R&D expenditure,optimizing human resources strategy and strategic control,hoping to improve the profit model of Aike Garment Division.Based on the in-depth study of the profit model of Aiyike Garment Company,this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of its existing profit model,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.It is hoped that this paper will have some reference significance for other garment enterprises in China to optimize the profit model and improve their core competitiveness.
