CAs,the most important content of enterprise human resource management and an important part of establishing modern enterprise system,the compensation management plays an indispensable and unique role in enterprise operating.Compensation is the driving force for enterprises to promote human resource management.Through compensation management,enterprises can better attract and retain talents,enable employees to effectively create value for enterprises,bring good benefits,realize strategic management goals of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.Whether the enterprise's compensation management is effective and adapted to the enterprise's development needs will directly affect the successful realization of the enterprise's strategic goals.Steel structure in our country construction enterprise project are scattered and relatively independent accounting management mode,with the development of steel structure construction company,large expansion project,the traditional single project human resource management compensation way not to adapt to the symptoms,many modern compensation management concept to conduct the thorough research to the construction enterprises pay system,building up a set of adapt to the development of the enterprise salary management system has very important significance to the development of construction enterprises.In this paper,the author takes min heng steel structure co.,ltd.as the object of study,combines the literature review,questionnaire survey and qualitative analysis,and takes its salary management as the research point,which is conducive to the optimization of the salary management system of min heng steel structure co.,ltd.and the improvement of employees' enthusiasm to create greater benefits for the enterprise.The main structure of this paper is as follows:First of all,the research status and relevant theories at home and abroad are discussed in the basic chapter,which lays a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the later research.Secondly,the current situation of salary management system of minhe steel structure company is analyzed.It includes the general situation of the company,the analysis of the current situation of the salary system of minhe steel structure company and the analysis of the salary satisfaction questionnaire.Thirdly,in the part of analysis on the problems and reasons of the salary management system of minhe steel structure company.It is divided into problem analysis andcause analysis.The main problems include the lack of incentive mechanism in traditional distribution system.Unscientific salary system design;Unreasonable salary structure,low overall level and unreasonable salary distribution.The reasons for the problems mainly lie in four aspects: the imperfect salary system of posts,the lack of flexible salary adjustment mechanism,the failure to design a positive and effective employee welfare system and the promotion of education.Finally,the suggestion of salary management system optimization in minhe steel structure company is put forward.There are three aspects.The first is the design principle of salary management system,the optimization scheme of salary management system and the optimization guarantee mechanism of salary management system.
