Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank as the Second Branch of Large State-owned Commercial Banks.Influenced by internal and external factors in recent years,the balance of non-performing loans and the non-performing rate of non-performing loans in Xuzhou and the whole province show a double high trend.Faced with the pressure of external supervision and internal assessment,Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank urgently needs to prevent the emergence of non-performing loans,and the improvement of its credit risk management has become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of credit risk management.By analyzing the current domestic and foreign research on credit risk theory,this paper puts forward the research ideas and research methods for the problems existing in credit risk management of Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of credit risk and credit risk management.Taking Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank as an object of action,this paper describes its relevant situation and reflects its current situation of credit risk management.This paper attempts to summarize the problems and causes of credit risk management in Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process.According to the results of the questionnaire,nine factors are extracted by principal component analysis,and the judgment matrix of the factor is constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Obtain the relative weight of related problems and rank the importance degree.Based on the results of questionnaire and AHP,this paper analyses the problems and causes of credit risk management in Xuzhou Branch of GS Bank.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and optimization suggestions for credit risk management of GS Bank Xuzhou Branch.The main countermeasures put forward in this paper are: enhancing the skills of practitioners,optimizing the structure and process of credit risk management,improving performance appraisal,and innovating and combining credit products. |
