In a hyper-competitive environment,more and more enterprises are beginning to pursue breakthrough growth of enterprises through strategic mutations,and strategic mutations have gradually become the norm of enterprise development.In the face of rapid development of technology,information explosion,and diversified customer demand,there are some cases of successful mutations in Chinese companies.Behind the success of these companies,top management has a role to play in the foresight of the market.Therefore,it is imperative to study how corporate executives can respond to changes in market environment by their own experience,how to achieve a successful mutation in corporate strategy through the matching of team experience and dynamic capabilities,and how management autonomy affects corporate strategic behavior..As a special resource of the enterprise,the executive team experience explains the effectiveness of the company’s rapid response and strategic judgment based on knowledge in a dynamic environment.From the perspective of senior management team experience,this paper explores the specific performance of executive team experience in corporate strategic mutations,and combines theoretical research on current dynamic capabilities and management autonomy to determine the senior management team experience as a pre-factor.The relationship model between enterprise dynamic capability and strategic abrupt change,the addition of management autonomy factors makes it easier to analyze the impact of senior management team experience from different situations.Based on the high-level echelon theory and dynamic capability theory,the internal logic relationship between executive team experience,dynamic capability,strategic mutation and management autonomy is proposed.The listed companies in the manufacturing and information technology service industries are the research objects,and use data analysis methods such as correlation analysis,regression analysis,and robustness testing.Based on the analysis of the regression results of relevant data,the main conclusions of this study include:(1)The top management team experience has a significant positive impact on dynamic capabilities and strategic mutations.(2)There is a positive correlation between dynamic capabilities and strategic mutations.(3)Dynamic capability has an mediation role between executive team experience heterogeneity and strategic mutation;(4)Management autonomy has a positive moderation effect on the top management team experience and dynamic capability.
