Vegetables are one of the most basic consumables in people's lives,and are an indispensable source of food for people's daily life.The quality and safety of vegetables is related to the quality of life and safety of the people.The invention and use of pesticides have increased the yield of vegetables,but also to the quality of vegetables has brought the risk of pesticide residues,resulting in pesticide residue safety accidents occur from time to time.With the supply and demand of agricultural products entering a new stage of basic balance of total quantity and surplus of abundant years,the state has put the quality and safety of agricultural products in a more prominent position.And with the improvement of people's living standards year by year,people's requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products are also getting higher and higher.How to rationally apply pesticides and reduce the rate of pesticide residues exceeding the standard has become an important issue in current vegetable safety production.In order to study the pesticide residues in vegetables in Suzhou,175 batches of vegetables were sampled from May to August,2008 in accordance with NY/T 762-2004?Sampling Standards for Detection of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables?from vegetable planting bases and vegetable markets in Suzhou,and according to NY/T 761-2008 and GB/T 20769-2008,GB 23200.8-2016 and other standard detection methods to detect and analyze the extracted vegetables.The results showed that the detection results of most samples from vegetable bases in Suzhou accorded with GB 2763-2016?Maximum pesticide residue limit in food safety national standard?.The situation of vegetable markets was complicated,and the detection rate and unqualified rate were high.The overall pass rate was 93.14%,and the detection rate was 21.14%.The passing rate of different vegetables is also different.The pesticide residues of vegetables in Suzhou were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.The results of this study basically reflect the status quo of pesticide residues in vegetables in Suzhou,and have a guiding role in improving the qualified rate of pesticide residues in vegetables and improving the quality of vegetable production in Suzhou.
