| As a source of economic vitality in China,SMEs play a vital role in maintaining social stability,promoting technological innovation,improving employment levels,and increasing GDP.With the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises,they face with a series of problems which have gradually surfaced.The most important problem is the difficulty of financing.The old problems of financing difficulties for SMEs are constantly encountering new situations,the financing channels are not smooth,and the problems of rising costs and leverage ratios have seriously restricted the development of SMEs.As an important part of China’s multi-level capital market,the NEEQ plays an important role in the financing of SMEs.With the convening of the 19th National Congress and the speech of General Secretary Xi in the inspection of Jiangsu,he repeatedly emphasized the need to improve the financial services economy.Therefore,more scholars will focus on the research on the financing efficiency of the NEEQ SMEs.Combined with the current situation of imbalance in the development of China’s regions,it is particularly important to analyze the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the northwest.In this paper,the data envelopment model is used to study the financing efficiency of the new three-board manufacturing industry in Northwest China.55 effective samples are selected and analyzed by the horizontal and vertical comparison with the manufacturing industries in Central South and East China and non-manufacturing in the Northwest.The conclusions are as follows:First,through the static comparative analysis of the new three-board manufacturing industry in the northwest region and the manufacturing industries in central and eastern China and the non-manufacturing industry in the northwest region,it is found that the technical efficiency of the NEEQ manufacturing industry in the northwest region is low-tech.The second is due to the inferiority of the NEEQ manufacturing industry in the northwest region and the non-manufacturing industry in the central and eastern regions of China,and the low productivity of the NEEQ manufacturing industry in the northwest region is caused by technological lag and pure Caused by technical inefficiency,Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
