Research On Upgrading Of China's Advantageous Manufacturing Industry Under The Global Value Chain

Manufacturing is a major component of the national economy and an important support for social and economic development.China's manufacturing industry's production scale and trade volume are among the highest in the world.As a manufacturing industry with considerable scale and broad prospects for development,advantageous manufacturing industry's upgrading path represents the future direction of China's manufacturing industry.It has obvious advantages compared with other domestic industries.It is basically in the high division of global value chain and the degree of participation in the global value chain division has different levels of deepening.These industries have huge developing space,solving its development problems in the international market is important.Therefore,accurately judging the status of the global value chain of China's advantageous manufacturing industry and seeking a feasible path for the transformation and upgrading of the global value chain of the advantageous manufacturing industry is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of China's manufacturing industry.This paper reviews the research status of the field and calculates the four sub-sectors of China's advantageous manufacturing industry based on the theory of industrial upgrading,international division of labor theory,global value chain participation theory and global value chain status theory,using the data combination model to analyze the status change in the global value chain from 2000 to 2014 in the international area,expounding the problems encountered in the development of China's advantageous manufacturing industry and participating in the global value chain.Through the establishment of empirical models,it analyzes the factors that affect the development of China's advantageous manufacturing global value chain.The hausman test is used to test the panel data for random effects and fixed effects.The regression equations in econometrics measure the impact of scientific research input,labor input,capital investment,export value,total industrial output value and foreign direct investment on the international status of China's advantageous manufacturing industry and give suggestions from various aspects.This paper believes that the upgrading of advantageous manufacturing in the international market should be carried out from strengthening innovation capability,improving technology level,establishing a reasonable competition mechanism,formulating different upgrading routes for different industries,and deepening the market of developed countries.
