In the social context,the relationship of group members affects cooperation behavior.In the social dilemma of decision-making tasks,people will compare themselves with others and divide them into different groups,namely inter-group and out-group.In the context of Chinese culture,are leaders from different sources still motivating followers?Therefore,this study mainly discusses the influence of leaders from different sources and the power given to leaders on group decision-making,further examines the effectiveness of leader power in improving the level of decision-making cooperation.Based on the classical public goods game paradigm and social psychology theory interpretation,this study completes the whole experimental process.Experiment 1 explores the influence of inter-group and outer-group on cooperation:The source of the leaders is manipulated,and examine the cooperative characteristics of leaders and followers.Experiment 2 explores the incentives for leaders from different sources to make decisions on cooperation:Manipulating the source of the leaders and the power given to the leader(reward,punishment),and examine the cooperative characteristics of leaders and followers..The level of cooperation of each group member in the experiment is expressed by the average contribution value;the income is also expressed by the average income value;the role of rewards and rewards is expressed by the number of uses and usage of punishment and reward.The results of Experiment 1 show that:(1)the level of cooperation of the inter-group is significantly higher than the outer-group;(2)the level of cooperation among leaders in the inter-group and the outer-group is significantly higher than the followers;The results of Experiment 2 show that the level of cooperation given to leaders who has punish power is significantly higher than that of the reward group.Experimental results:(1)Leaders from different sources have different influences on group decision-making;(2)It is better to give the leader the power to punish the power than to give the leader a reward,and to promote the level of group cooperation. |
