Agricultural enterprises bear the heavy burden of driving the development of the agricultural economy.The realization of the industrial orientation of strengthening the position proposed by the state depends to a large extent on the development and growth of agricultural enterprises.At the present stage,agricultural enterprises are facing an important subject: how to improve corporate governance.Since-10 s,with the rapid development of the world economy,the global economy has gradually realized integration.More and more people pay attention to the related issues of corporate governance.Corporate governance plays an increasingly important role in the capital market.The capital market of our country starts relatively late,and all aspects of the system are not perfect,compared with the western countries,corporate governance plays a more and more important role in the capital market.In In this crisis,companies in the existing capital markets in our country are even more vulnerable.In the context of the market economy,many of the problems encountered are mainly focused on corporate governance.The existence of these problems has seriously affected the sustainable and effective operation of agricultural enterprises in our country,and is not conducive to the healthy development of the capital market in China.The perfect governance structure of agricultural enterprises can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders.It is beneficial to the division of the functions and powers of the shareholders' general meeting,the board of directors and the senior managers of the company.At the same time,it is also beneficial to the effectiveness and rationality of the company's daily operation and decision making.In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural enterprises governance,and then accelerate the improvement of corporate governance structure.This paper finds that the governance structure of agricultural enterprises in China is not perfect.There are some problems in the incentive of power balance.It is of great significance to clarify these problems and further study the corporate governance structure suitable for our country's realistic background.Based on the previous studies,this paper takes various theories of corporate governance as the starting point.This paper expounds the present situation of agricultural enterprise governance in our country,analyzes the existing problems from two angles of internal governance and external governance.The quality of corporate governance structure is of great importance to the healthy and sustainable development of a company.Good corporate governance structure can provide power and guarantee for the company in the fierce market competition.The present situation of agricultural enterprise governance is analyzed,the problems of agricultural enterprise governance structure are studied,and the governance structure of Sichuan New Hope Agricultural Co.,Ltd.is deeply analyzed.This paper points out the problems existing in the corporate governance structure of Sichuan New Hope Agricultural Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve these problems.
