With the development of China's e-commerce industry,China began to develop offline sales channels,traditional supermarkets,e-commerce began to pay attention to the sale of fresh agricultural products,and increase investment in fresh agricultural products.At present,the e-commerce sales channels of fresh agricultural products are in the exploratory state.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of consumers,China needs to improve the e-commerce sales policy of fresh agricultural products and strengthen the development of e-commerce sales of fresh agricultural products.There will be many problems in the process of e-commerce exploration of fresh agricultural products,such as the transportation of fresh agricultural products and the marketing channels of fresh agricultural products.If we can't manage e-commerce systematically,it will affect the sales of fresh agricultural products in China,which will affect the economic development of our country.In recent years,food safety problems in China have aroused widespread concern.Food safety problems such as gutter oil often occur.There are also some incidents of staining steamed bread and poisonous bean sprouts that have sounded the alarm for people's health.The reasons are the abuse of additives in the production process,the malicious addition of illegal traders in the circulation and processing,and the deterioration and damage of food in the circulation process.These incidents closely related to logistics make it necessary for us to study food safety risk from the perspective of logistics.Based on this,the research contents of this paper include the following five aspects:The first is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background,significance,and domestic and foreign research summary.Two is to strengthen the management of electronic commerce,improve the quality of fresh agricultural products,and provide theoretical support.This paper mainly introduces the quality of fresh agricultural products,e-commerce of fresh agricultural products,e-commerce logistics and the quality and safety of agricultural products.The three is the research on the factors affecting the quality of fresh agricultural products.In the era of e-commerce,after consumers order online,fresh agricultural products will be directly distributed to consumers through logistics companies,so logistics has a great impact on the quality of fresh agricultural products.Therefore,this chapter starts from each link of fresh agricultural products logistics,constructs the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model,constructs the judgment matrix by DeFeir method,and finally constructs the risk assessment system of fresh agricultural products quality and safety in cold chain logistics,and studies the factors that affect the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products in logistics.The four is fresh electrical products logistics safety issues.On the basis of the previous chapter,this chapter studies and analyzes the existing problems in the logistics transportation of fresh agricultural products from six aspects: raw materials and packaging,storage,transportation,operation,and other influencing factors.The five is the suggestions and Countermeasures for the logistics guarantee system of fresh agricultural products.Based on the analysis of the problems in the fourth chapter,this chapter puts forward the logistics guarantee measures of fresh agricultural products by consulting the information and combining with the actual situation.
