Research On Risk Management Of Qi Li Jin Wan Realestate Development Project Of S Company

Real estate industry has always been the pillar industry of our country,especially with the development of our country's economy,real estate project development has been in a state of rapid development,a large amount of capital has entered the industry,on the one hand,promoting the development of the industry,on the other hand,due to the special nature of real estate development,high investment in the early stage of the project,long profit cycle,complex environment of the project,many factors,etc.,resulting in.The development of real estate projects is accompanied by a large number of risks from beginning to end.Under this background,it is necessary to carry out risk management for the development of real estate projects.This paper takes the Qili Jinwan Real Estate Development Project of S Company as the case study object.On the basis of studying the riskmanagement of the real estate development project and combining with the actual situation of the construction of Qili Jinwan Project of S Company,the project risk management is carried out.The main contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper analyses the industry background of China's real estate industry and the significance of this study,draws the conclusion of the necessity of risk management of this project,and combines with the theoretical overview of real estate project risk management,which provides a theoretical framework and support for this study.On this basis,this paper identifies and evaluates the risk of Qilijin Bay project by means of Delphi expert survey and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,identifies and quantitatively evaluates the project risk from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.And on the basis of risk identification and evaluation,risk prevention is carried out.Finally,this paper briefly summarizes the content and shortcomings of this study.Through the research of this paper,we try to control the risk of Qili Jinwan project strictly,reduce the probability of project risk occurrence and the loss caused by it,and provide reference for risk management of other projects.
