China’s rural tourism is closely related to the rural revitalization strategy,and the development of rural tourism can promote the prosperity of rural areas and industrial development.China’s rural tourism development started later than the foreign countries,many tourist attractions are still in the traditional culture tourism and leisure tourism on the basis of the stalled,there are many problems worth deliberation and discussion.Luoyang on the development of cultural industry,especially in the aspect of cultural tourism industry has the incomparable advantages in other cities all over the country,by integrating resources effectively,establish strategic guidelines,blend in contemporary popular leisure culture elements,in the western suburbs of Luoyang construction Q village state rural tourism science park,its influence and radiation.In this paper,Q village in Luoyang is selected as the research object,and the local investigation and visit are carried out.A large amount of first-hand information is obtained.In terms of development planning,Q village has set up a comprehensive tour functional area,which is planned to realize the six "the first nationwide" demonstration bases,with huge potential economic value and social benefits.In terms of development characteristics,rural tourism development and construction should be used to promote targeted poverty alleviation,and"three-dimensional" operation should be used to promote overall development,and"point,line and surface" should be properly laid out to make overall planning.In the development mode,relying on the government support,the development of agricultural tourism;Rely on the existing resources,mining leisure travel depth;Promote folk culture and develop cultural experience tour.Based on the profound professional foundation and valuable experience of many experts and scholars,the problems in the scenic spot were discussed by using SWTO analysis and questionnaire empirical method,and it was found that the human resource reserve of the scenic spot was insufficient,professional talents were scarce,and the management level needed to be improved.Single tourism development mode and lack of large-scale rural tourism projects;Infrastructure is not sound,tourism products level is not high;The management concept is backward,and there is no rich folk custom creative culture,and it is not fully integrated with the surrounding agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,sideline fishing and other industries.With the nature of the scenic area competition,serious diversion of tourists;Investment degree is not enough,the capital gap is large;Has not formed the superiority brand temporarily and so on the question.Put forward the method of talent management,increase tourism investment promotion investment,improve the tourism facilities,and accelerating the development of peripheral convergence,folk creative culture,protect the ecological environment,protect the castle peak green water,fully respect the objective regularity,and surrounding environment coordinated development with nature,harmonious coexistence,resource-efficient environmentally friendly development road,finally suggested measures such as brand halo formation,in order to perfect for Q village rural tourism development. |
