Agricultural technology extension in China is changing with the development of economy.At present,there has been a trend of diversification.Other organizations such as universities,agricultural cooperatives,agricultural enterprises and so on have participated in this work and achieved results,especially agricultural enterprises play an important role in the promotion.However,agricultural enterprises also have problems that cannot be ignored in restricting the efficiency of extension.How to innovate the extension methods to really improve the conversion rate of agricultural achievements,there is an urgent need to find solutions.As the Internet + has achieved remarkable results in various industries,the use of the Internet to innovate agricultural extension methods,improve the level of agricultural science and technology services,and promote the integration of agricultural enterprises with the Internet will be a new way to expand agricultural extension services.The first part is the purpose and significance of the research,research status,research content,research methods and innovations.The second part describes the basic concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural enterprises and agricultural extension.This paper takes Zhejiang BaiXing Food Co.,Ltd.as a sample,guided by the theory of farmers' behavior change and the theory of diffusion of innovation,and conducts a field survey of the "Internet +" technology popularization of BaiXing company to understand the effectiveness of the "Internet +" technology popularization of the existing BaiXing company.Taking Qingyuan Base and Liandu Base of BaiXing Company as examples,this paper makes a longitudinal analysis of the application of Internet in Qingyuan Base of BaiXing Company,and then makes a horizontal analysis of the application of Internet in Liandu Base and Qingyuan Base.The results show that after BaiXing 's promotion of Internet products,sales have increased,and the proportion of Internet sales has increased year by year.In addition,in terms of technology promotion,BaiXing 's base has increased the promotion technology and channels.It can be seen that the Internet has been quite effective in the promotion of BaiXing Company.Although it effectively promotes the promotion of agricultural science and technology,and promotes the development of local agriculture,the effect of technology promotion module in BaiXing Company is not obvious,and there are still problems.The main problems are the low enthusiasm of Internet promotion,the limited use of Internet technology,the insufficient funds for technology promotion,and the hardware barriers of the Internet.In view of the existing problems,the main reasons are found out through in-depth analysis.There are low motivation of Internet promotion,limited ability of users,low efficiency of fund utilization and unoptimistic external environment of Internet.Through consulting the literature of domestic and foreign agricultural enterprises using the Internet to promote science and technology popularization,this article solves and optimizes the existing problems of "Internet +" science and technology popularization in BaiXing company,and puts forward six effective countermeasures for agricultural enterprises' "Internet +" technology extension.Firstly,we should select the industry technology with maximum benefit accurately;secondly,we should improve the mode of using Internet to promote benefit-sharing between enterprises and farmers;thirdly,we should select the Internet technology most acceptable to farmers accurately;fourthly,we should strengthen the team building of using Internet to promote;fifthly,we should increase the support of government funds and the efficiency of using it;and sixthly,we should increase the efficiency of using Internet.To crack the external barriers of Internet applications.
