In recent years,a perfect system has been formed in China's financial sector,and the rural financial market has also shown a rapid development trend.Among them,the rural credit cooperatives began the institutional transformation and reform of rural commercial banks.In May 2014,the institutional reform of Hebei Zhengding Rural Commercial Bank was successfully completed.Implementing national policies,"three rural"service is our responsibility,and making its own contribution to the development of rural financial undertakings.After the reform and opening up,Hebei Zhengding Rural Commercial Bank continued to improve its business level,enhance its marketing capabilities,and do a good job in local publicity and promotion.Within a year,the breakthrough was completed and the results were very significant.This paper takes it as the research object,and uses the corporate management strategy,commercial bank strategic development research,rural financial development research,inclusive financial development research,financial deepening theory,strategic management theory and rural development,and other related theories,respectively through the external environment analysis,Hebei Zhengding analyzed the macro environment of rural commercial banks,customer demand and competitive environment.The researcher also studied the impact of external factors on Hebei Zhengding rural commercial banks,and formulated a development strategy in line with national requirements and social needs.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the bank in the development process,SWOT analysis method was used for in-depth analysis,and the opportunities and challenges that may be encountered in the future were studied.The competition in today's financial market has entered a state of arduousness.Banks must select and train excellent employees,strictly control risk management,formulate marketing strategies in line with local economic development,develop more intermediate financial products,and expand the business scope of Hebei Zhengding Rural Commercial Bank.The following two strategies can be used:one is the initial differentiation strategy;the other is the long-term diversification strategy.Research on key customers and key areas,develop detailed marketing strategies,focus on brand building and management,and strengthen e-banking functional banking support.
