As China's economy enters a new normal,the state continues to push forward interest rate reforms,deposit and loan spreads are gradually getting smaller,and the media role of banks is gradually weakening.Faced with the new normal of economic development,comprehensive deepening of financial reforms and increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the development of the banking industry is facing a new round of risks.At the same time,it also forces the banking industry to improve its competitiveness in light of the current economic situation.The retail business is one of the basic businesses of commercial banks,and is a general term for commercial banks to provide financial activities to individual residents,families and small and medium-sized enterprises.The transformation of the retail business is conducive to the structural optimization of banking business and the improvement of business performance.Facing the new normal of economic development,comprehensively deepening the opportunities and challenges brought about by financial reform and increasingly fierce competition in the industry,K-Congshang Bank is also facing the pressure of transformation.K-Nongshang Bank officially proposed the transformation strategy of retail business development in 2016.And set up a retail team to practice,but K-Nongshang Bank's implementation of the retail business strategy is still not effective,there are still many areas for improvement.In this context,this paper focuses on the development of the retail business of KNongshang Bank.Based on the related concepts of retail banking retail business and the management theory of retail business,this paper discusses how K-Commerce Bank implements retail business development strategy by comparing the business operations of major commercial banks in retail business development.The status quo and problems of retail business development are analyzed,including the introduction of K Rural Commercial Bank,the analysis of the internal conditions of KNongshang Bank,the external environment analysis of KNongshang Bank and the main problems of the development of K Merchants Bank's retail business,namely individuals.The lack of effective management of customers,the less innovation of retail products and services,the lack of construction and management of retail teams,and the lack of functions of business outlets.Then,based on this series of questions,this paper puts forward the strategic direction of K-Commerce Bank's retail business development.It mainly includes the strategic objectives,overall strategic planning and main business sub-strategic planning of K-Canadian Bank's retail business.The overall strategic planning includes building a large retail professional structure,strengthening customer base and customer relationship management and refined product management.The business sub-strategy is divided into the rapid accumulation of customers in the family financial business,the enhancement of the value-added function of the Internet financial business and the promotion.Differentiation of small microfinance business.Finally,in view of this strategic direction,this paper refines the specific strategies of K-Commerce Bank's retail business development strategy,mainly in four aspects.First,to improve customer classification management capabilities and expand profit margins,it can be divided into improving the total number of customers.Asset production capacity,maintenance hall customers to build word of mouth and open up new customers to promote sustainable retail development;Second,adjust outlet planning and layout,optimize service customer channels,can be divided into adjustment network layout,business hall layout and customer line management;Third,to create special products and expand the retail market,it can be divided into the design and promotion of new citizen cards,the design and promotion of easy-to-finance products,and the maintenance of value customers.Fourth,accelerate the construction and management of retail teams,which can be divided into perfect Staffing standards,improving job setup relationships and requirements,and strengthening performance appraisal.Through the implementation of these strategic directions and measures,KNPC has continuously promoted its retail business into its major profitability.
