Agricultural Water Parks are the only way for agricultural companies to change their growth patterns and improve their quality and efficiency under the new normal.The governments of Europe and the United States have always attached great importance to the development of rural tourism,and have all issued opinions and measures to promote the development of rural tourism.They regard rural tourism as an important way for farmers to expand their sources of income.However,due to factors cost increase,resource environment constraints and other factors,in the past,the expansion of land to increase sales of extensive development model is unsustainable.Accelerating the integration of the two forms of agriculture,promoting the upgrading of traditional agricultural transformation and innovation is an important part of the economic integration of urban and rural areas in China.The development of agricultural and water parks in China is still in the initial stage of exploration.Compared with developed countries in Europe and America,there is a big gap in the scale and level of development,as well as in the marketing management of agricultural and water parks,which also provides opportunities for the gold excavation of agricultural and water parks in China.Based on this,this paper studies the marketing practice of the agricultural water park project of Ordos Water Investment Group Corporation,hoping to provide empirical evidence for the development of China's agricultural water park project,and accelerate the transformation and development of China's agricultural water park.The main contents and research findings of this article are as follows: first,explain the marketing background of the agricultural water park,point out the purpose and significance of this article,focus on combing the literature,find out the research direction and research foundation of this article and innovation points.Secondly,a theoretical analysis framework of marketing strategy for the project of the Ordos Water Investment Group is established.This article basically clarifies the connotation of the marketing strategy of the agricultural water park,expounds the current situation and characteristics of the marketing development of the agricultural water park project of Ordos Water Investment Group,and analyzes the marketing environment of the agricultural water park project of Ordos Water Investment Group by using SWOT analysis method.Thirdly,the optimization and application of the marketing strategy of the agricultural water park is put forward.The marketing optimization strategy is given from three aspects: market analysis,target group and marketing model,combined with STP strategy and 4P 'S strategy theory.From the three dimensions of talent team construction,system improvement and intelligent management,this paper gives the guarantee measures to optimize the marketing combination strategy of agricultural and water parks.
