In order to achieve efficient and high quality innovation, accelerate the transformation of innovation achievements and get the scale of innovation, the supply chain node enterprises usually choose R&D cooperation innovation strategy.Through the R&D cooperation innovation, the supply chain node enterprises can speed up the product update speed in the worsening information market environment,so that the supply chain terminal products can be more in line with the user needs, thus avoiding the elimination of the market trend. After supply chain node enterprises choose R&D cooperation innovation, knowledge spillover is inevitable and necessary. The key to the success of R&D cooperative innovation strategy is whether the R&D cooperative innovation efficiency of supply chain enterprises can keep pace with market changes.Based on the theory of supply chain enterprise management, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the connotation of cooperation innovation of supply chain node enterprises, uses evolutionary game theory to model the R&D cooperation innovation of supply chain node enterprises, and analyzes the two different market environments of government supervision and low carbon preference to supply chain enterprise R&D according to the knowledge spillover effect. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of elaborating the theory of R&D cooperation innovation in supply chain enterprises, this paper uses evolutionary game theory to model the basic process of R&D cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprises, analyzes the principle, mode and method of the income distribution of R&D cooperative innovation in the supply chain enterprise under the equal mode, and makes a combination of the supply chain enterprise R&D in the communication industry.Example verification is carried out for innovation.(2)Aiming at the cooperative innovation of supply chain enterprise R&D under the supervision of government, the influence of government regulation on R&D cooperation innovation of supply chain enterprise is analyzed.Secondly, theadaptive correction is made to the evolutionary game model, and the stability of the evolutionary game model of the government and the supply chain enterprises and the mixed strategy is analyzed.(3)Aiming at the problem of R&D cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprises under the market low carbon preference, the influence of market low carbon preference on R&D cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprises is analyzed.Secondly, the adaptive correction is carried out on the evolutionary game model, and the synergistic coefficient, discounting factor, risk coefficient, knowledge stock and penalty coefficient are analyzed for the supply chain. The impact of enterprise R&D cooperative innovation on evolutionary game stability.(4)According to the results of the above modeling analysis, the strategy of promoting the cooperation and innovation of supply chain enterprise R&D under the equality model, government supervision and market low carbon preference is given. The cooperative innovation game analysis model constructed in this study can provide theoretical support for the supply chain enterprise cluster to improve the efficiency of cooperation and innovation, and also provide a decision basis for the government supervision departments to supervise the cooperative innovation behavior of the supply chain enterprises in the field. These research results can effectively promote the internal cooperation of the supply chain enterprises. The rational allocation of innovative resources, the promotion of the overall innovation efficiency of the supply chain enterprise clusters, and the enhancement of the core competitiveness of the cluster enterprises have a certain theoretical reference value and higher economic value.
