At present,human resources are becoming more and more important to enterprises and the competition among enterprises depends greatly on the competition of talents.This also means that if any enterprise is willing to achieve steady growth,it should pay more attention to acquire the right talents so as to bring maximum benefits to the enterprise in all aspects.In fact,the most important channel for enterprises to acquire talents is recruitment.Recruitment occupies a very important position in the process of enterprise development,operation and development,which also directly affects whether the strategic objectives of enterprises can be implemented.Therefore,regardless of the nature of the enterprise,it is necessary to invest greater energy and cost support in recruitment to recruit high-quality talent to join.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept,process,rules and related contents of recruitment work.Then,according to the current situation of B company,the problems and shortcomings of B company in recruitment related work are analyzed in detail.Among them,this paper focus on the problems in recruitment and related work of B company.Furthermore,some suggestions for optimization and improvement of enterprises will be put forward for B company's organizational structure,process combing,recruitment channels,interview evaluation system,pre-employment preparation and induction training.This is necessary for company to design the existing process and norms,solve the current problems,play a'better role of recruitment and enhance cooperation with other departments.This paper mainly consists of six parts,which are background,literature review,enterprise status analysis,enterprise problem diagnosis,enterprise improvement and optimization suggestions and conclusions and prospects.Then,through the basic theory of recruitment and related work,this paper systematically analyses the problems faced by the research object B company in the recruitment work.After that,using the recruitment work and related theoretical knowledge,the recruitment work of B company is improved and optimized,combined with the actual situation of B company.Finally,this paper proposes solutions and improves them in order to solve the more reasonable and operable solutions,and better play its value and role in practical work.
