| Mergers and acquisitions are an important means for enterprises to adjust their structure and promote development.However,regardless of foreign or domestic,the overall performance of mergers and acquisitions is not optimistic.A large number of scholars and consulting organizations have pointed out that one of the reasons for the failure of mergers and acquisitions is that enterprises ignore the integration after mergers and acquisitions.Especially the integration of corporate culture.From the theoretical point of view,this paper comprehensively studies the content of cultural integration of mergers and acquisitions,and explains the actual merger-related issues through the rational use of case analysis.Due to the unfavorable integration of corporate culture,the performance of mergers and acquisitions has not achieved expectations,and from an empirical perspective This paper discusses the actual situation of M&A corporate culture integration affecting M&A performance.Finally,it expounds a series of problems in the cultural integration of M&A enterprises at the current stage,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide a set of theoretical basis and practical operation plan.In the literature review,some scholars have proposed some factors that influence the selection of cultural integration models of mergers and acquisitions.However,the number of literatures that systematically study the performance of mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of corporate culture integration is very small.This study is based on the importance of corporate culture integration.Factors explore the relevance of corporate M&A performance.This paper uses a combination of theoretical research,case studies,and empirical research.Based on the results of relevant theoretical research,the paper systematically studies the actual situation of corporate culture integration directly affecting the performance of M&A,and explains the process and mode of corporate culture integration.The case study aims to demonstrate that neglecting the integration of corporate culture leads to the failure to achieve the 1+1>2 M&A target.On the basis of theoretical research,empirical research is carried out,and the cultural integration factors of mergers and acquisitions that affect M&A performance are systematically proposed.Based on this,a series of solutions are given,which gradually improves the effectiveness of the process of corporate culture integration.It is very beneficial,which has led to a significant increase in the overall performance of corporate mergers and acquisitions.Through the rational use of empirical research methods,this study studies the correlation characteristics between corporate culture integration factors and corporate mergers and acquisitions performance,with corporate culture differentiation,corporate culture recognition and cultural integration input as independent variables.The M&A performance is the dependent variable,and the impact model of corporate culture integration on the M&A performance of the enterprise is established.Quantitative analysis was conducted by issuing questionnaires to employees of the two companies in the case.The questionnaire is divided into four parts,namely basic information,corporate culture difference and identity survey,integrated investment and M&A performance survey.Through the statistical software SPSS,the difference analysis is carried out on the basis of the overall analysis.At the end of the article,the process of multiple linear regression is completed,and the actual situation of the negative impact of corporate culture on the M&A performance of the enterprise,the corporate culture recognition and the cultural input degree are determined.The conclusion for positive impact.The main characteristics of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper uses a combination of theoretical research,case studies and empirical research to explore the role of effective corporate culture integration in the process of achieving M&A performance goals.Secondly,in terms of corporate culture integration,the three different factors involved analyze and demonstrate the impact of M&A performance.Thirdly,based on theoretical research,case studies and empirical research,four strategies for corporate M&A culture integration are proposed.5 tables,13figures,61 references. |
