Perfect performance appraisal system can help enterprises to do a better job in human resources management,is also an effective means to achieve corporate strategy,can greatly improve the overall operating efficiency of enterprises,enhance the competitive market competitiveness of enterprises.If the performance appraisal system is not perfect,it can not motivate employees,reduce the efficiency of employees,and affect the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.In order to further improve the level of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,many enterprises regard performance appraisal as the key task of human resources management,and the construction of performance appraisal system has been paid more and more attention by managers.As an effective means of human resources management,performance appraisal plays a very important role in enterprise management.It is an important means to urge employees to work hard and also a main indicator to measure the quality of enterprise management system.Therefore,the research on the construction of performance appraisal system is of great significance to improve the management level of enterprises in China.This paper takes A company as an example to carry out this research.A company is a well-known garment manufacturing enterprise in China.It mainly focuses on manufacturing industry.The current performance appraisal system is not perfect.With the intensification of market competition,the management of A company deeply feels the urgency of further establishing and improving the performance appraisal system.For a large-scale manufacturing enterprise like A company,the production department is the whole.This paper takes the production department of A company as an example,understands its current management situation,understands its current performance appraisal status and finds out its shortcomings and problems through questionnaire survey,strives to build the performance appraisal system with the strategic goal of A company.Fusion,and in practice to test the practicability of the new assessment system,according to the results of further adjustment and optimization of the construction of the assessment system.Based on such actual needs,with the help of performance appraisal top-level design on BSC,this paper formulates KPI performance appraisal index system that meets the needs of A company.It can not only make realistic sense for A company,but also inspire other enterprises in urgent need of improving the performance management level.It has a certain reference value.
