Knowledge is the key resources in our society.Entrepreneurs have realized that it has positive effect on the expansion of enterprises.And we know that knowledge transfer is the main forms of obtaining and maintaining it.While not only entrepreneurs in nowadays but also those in the modern china,they all notice the positive effect that knowledges have.Scientific management,originating in America,has been introduced into modern china in the early 20th century,and then many entrepreneurs in modern china try to transfer it and apply it into their enterprises.However,the transfer effect is quite different.From the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper takes the scientific management reform of modern enterprises as the center,and uses the content analysis method to discuss and verify the different transfer path of typical modern enterprises.Therefore,this paper will discuss the following issues:Firstly,the first chapter is introduction,which introduces the background of the research,literature review of scientific management reform of modern enterprises and knowledge transfer.Secondly,the second chapter focuses on internal and external conditions for the wide spread of scientific management in the early 20th century and the motivation division of some typical modern enterprises.Thirdly,the third chapter studies the initial stage of knowledge transfer of some typical modern enterprise transfer,that is,business owners would make the transfer decision and the implementation stage,that is,business owners would choose different transfer mechanism to absorb the scientific management.Fourthly,the fourth chapter studies the expansion stage of knowledge transfer of some typical modern enterprise,that is,whether each enterprise can successfully apply the knowledge and the behavior of integration stage,that is,whether each business owner can successfully maintain the application of the knowledge.Fifthly,chapter five is the conclusion.By studying the above contents,this paper tries to summarize the general rules.We want to know that would different modern enterprises choose different transfer mechanism and then get different effect.So,this paper wonders that what kind of transfer mechanism,revolution forms will different companies choose and their results.After the research,we find that enterprises driven by active motivation have low transfer stickiness because of external factors,while enterprises driven by external motivation have high transfer stickiness because of the direct conflict between the ole and new management mode.
