Impact Of Opening-up In Service Market On Productivity Of Manufacturing In Industry

Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese economy has been developing rapidly along a more advanced form,a more complex division of labor,and a more rational structure.Economic development has begun to enter a new normal.In the process of continuous economic globalization,the international division of labor has also been shifting from the traditional division of labor to the division of value chain.In the process of global value chain division,high-end manufacturing returns in developed countries,low-income countries have begun to turn to the low-end manufacturing market,China's manufacturing development is facing a double squeeze,the development of China's manufacturing industry has experienced severe challenges.In the context of the global economy becoming more and more service-oriented,in order to seek industrial transformation and upgrading,manufacturing companies have begun to shift the value chain to the service industry as the center to gain competitive advantage.This trend has now become a trend.More and more enterprises believe that increasing and optimizing the input of service factors is a powerful measure to enhance the competitiveness and market share of enterprises.The production management concept of manufacturing enterprises is also shifting from single supply products and equipment to integrated lifecycle management.Elements play a very important role in the entire life cycle of manufacturing operations.Under the background of the urgent transformation and upgrading of China's economy,improving the level of manufacturing service development is of great significance for promoting the high-quality growth of China's economy.First of all,this thesis summarizes the analysis of the existing literature review,the analysis of the current situation of service market opening and manufacturing productivity,and the theoretical analysis of the impact of service market opening on manufacturing productivity,and concludes that the service market opening can pass the technological innovation effect.Technology spillover effects and economies of scale have increased the level of total factor productivity in manufacturing.Secondly,based on the micro-enterprise data in the 2003-2013 China Industrial Enterprise Database,this thesis regulates the industrial enterprise database from the aspects of building panel data,data screening and processing,price index adjustment,etc.,mainly using LP method to measure the total factor productivity at the enterprise level.Through the construction of models,we explore the impact of China's service market opening on the productivity development of manufacturing.The research results show that the opening of the service market is conducive to improving the productivity level of the manufacturing industry.In addition,in order to further explore the impact of service market opening on the productivity of heterogeneous enterprises,this thesis classifies manufacturing enterprises according to factor density,enterprise area and enterprise scale,and examines the opening of service markets to heterogeneous enterprises.The differential impact of productivity.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this thesis proposes three policyrecommendations:(1)We should continuously increase the level of service market opening,deepen the development of service trade development model with Chinese characteristics,and build a service market opening pattern under the new situation.(2)We should be deeply aware of the necessity of the development of service industry in the manufacturing industry,accelerate the coupling development of the manufacturing industry and the service industry,and gradually promote the transfer of manufacturing enterprises to the high-end of the value chain.(3)It is necessary to continuously cultivate the concept of industrial integration and development,strengthen market supervision of coordinated development,and promote the healthy development of manufacturing service.
