Equipment purchasing is one of the most important thing during the daily work of the company,it's the pre work to insure the company's production running well.Equipment purchasing actually link with the company's operation cost,and it's an influence that for the company whole business whether running good and impact the profits of the company.So,we need put the equipment purchasing as one of the most important position of the company's management.The purpose of this article is that study the equipment pturchasing of the BS company activity,analysis the cost of the equipment purchasing and find what can be improved.Also,build up the standardization process to implement in BS Company.We study the whole process of the equipment purchasing,analysis the management cost and direct cost of the purchasing.Firstly,study and analysis the management cost including organization chart how to support the business;the strategy of the equipment purchasing,also including the supplier management.And find what can be improved.With the cost of equipment purchasing directly,study and analysis from project kick off,quotation from supplier,technical discussing;negotiation;contract;and delivery tracking;quality tracking...use the TCO theory to analysis the whole process.The output of this article is that we build up a model for selecting the right supplier based on the standard tools like:technical evaluation tool;cost evaluation tool;the library of the standard parts price;TCO tool;auction system;supplier tracking system,to standard the process of the equipment and reduce the cost.
