Real estate has gradually become a pillar industry in China.It has experienced a golden development period of 20 years.With the influence of the state on the macro-control of real estate,a new challenge comes to the real estate.It is particularly important to improve the marketing strategy level of real estate enterprises in the new market environment.This study is based on the actual situation of H project in A company,combined with the theory and literature of domestic and international marketing mix,using literature research methods,field research and interview methods,statistical analysis methods and other research methods,analyzing the existing macro and micro environment of H project in A company and providing suggestions from marketing strategy in product,channel,price and promotion respectively for the existing marketing strategy of product design is not reasonable,the network channels does not work,the price is lack of flexibility,promotions without originality,and many other problems.It makes A real estate company can cope with the situation in complex and changeful market environment,and help them to improve the current marketing strategy,as well as improving purchase rate and sales.It helps A company to realize the sustainable development and provide new ideas for other real estate enterprises in the marketing strategies.
