With the rapid development of social economy,the highway in China has entered a brand new stage in terms of travel time and daily operation and management.As a new mileage record has been broken,highways in China have also reached a completely new level in terms of its contribution to the constructing the transportation network system,forming its own traffic development vein.Respective development situations with distinctive features have been formed by the construction and operation of the highways,offering great help to the local economic development gradually.With the continued development of the highways,people have also come to realize the existence of the mutual influence between the highways and the agricultural economy.To be specific,China is a large agricultural country,one in which a great difference in development has always accompanied its agricultural economy.The construction and operation of the highway could quickly improve the local agricultural economy on a large scale.Therefore,it is of great significance to not only study the relationship between the highways and the agricultural economy in China,but also explore their mutual influence on each other through the highway.Through the research of highway development path,an analysis on the degree of improvement that highway development has on agricultural economy in China,especially the mechanism and beneficial interaction between the two,as well as the influence highway operation has on industrial structure adjustment,this paper provides an analysis of the influence of the highway on agricultural economy when they are opened to traffic and summarizes the investigation on the relationship between the construction and operation of highway in rural and less developed areas,as well as the development of the local agricultural economy.This study focused on the influencing capacity that the highway and agricultural economy have on each other.By the establishment of the quantitative-model,this paper established an evidence for the research in terms of time and space.Finally,from the perspective of the complex structure of the agricultural economy,this paper concluded that the construction of highways in rural areas could substantially increase the income of farmers and improve their enthusiasm for production.As a representation of the level of importance that the country attaches on agricultural economy,the construction of highway in rural areas could also effectively reduce the logistics cost of agricultural products,greatly improving the speed of the agricultural product supply chain from aspects of logistic efficiency and logistic speed,which is of great significance to promote the growth of the local agricultural economy.This paper also put forward some reasonable suggestion to provide constructive suggestion on the possibility of supporting local agricultural economy development by adjusting the policy of developing highways and green passages in rural areas,ensuring the long-term implementation of the favorable policy of promoting the development of highways and green passages in Chinese rural areas.
