This dissertation takes multi-tasks-driven job-shop operators as the research object,and solves the problems of multi-skilled worker's task ability scheduling model and human resource performance evaluation.For multi-skilled worker,the task ability scheduling model of mainly solves multiple tasks temporarily initiated by the job-shop,the requirements of different tasks for different skill levels and the matching of multi-skilled worker;the evaluation of human resources performance mainly solves the situation of changes in worker operations caused by task changes,evaluate the performance of worker operations.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of multi-task-driven operations of manufactur-ing enterprises,establishes a multi-task production model,and analyzes the characteristics and status quo of the management and control of the operation job-shop operators,and identifies the key factors and indicators for operator management and control.Then,establish an operators skill matrix and an operators task capability matrix for the job shop to optimization task configuration;Secondly,through the monitoring of the job process of the job shop and the improvement of the enthusiasm of the operators,complete data collection,the data-driven job shop operator performance evaluation model.It is mainly divided into three dimensions: task characteristics,employee's own characteristics and organizational environment factors,four performance evaluation modules: job attitude evaluation,job performance evaluation,job skill evaluation and competency quality evaluation,and the multiply task-driven operators performance evaluation PSO-BP algorithm are adopted.Example to verify the model.Finally,according to the specific requirements of the engine machining and assembly workshop of a certain automobile engine company,the theory and method proposed in this dissertation are used to construct the system level framework,functional framework,and implementation technology of each functional module.The MES system establishes an optimization configuration and performance evaluation system for the job-shop worker Intermittent.
